Wien - 8. März 2010. Im Rahmen
der RSA Conference in San Francisco zeigt EMC zusammen mit Intel und VMware
eine Proof-of-Concept-Lösung, mit der Unternehmen den Aufbau einer sicheren,
transparenten und rechtskonformen Infrastruktur für unternehmenskritische
Cloud-Services vereinfachen können. Das Konzept basiert auf Technologien von
Intel, Archer Technologies, VMware und RSA, The Security Division of EMC und
ermöglicht Anwendern bisher nicht realisierbare Einblicke in die tatsächlichen
Sicherheitszustände auf allen physikalischen und virtuellen Ebenen der
Cloud-Infrastruktur. Mit dieser Lösung zeigen die Kooperationspartner, dass
sowohl interne als auch externe Clouds in Bezug auf Sicherheits- und
Compliance-Anforderungen transparent und durchgängig darstellbar sind, so dass
IT-Verantwortliche jederzeit Aussagen über den Sicherheitszustand ihrer
Geschäftsprozesse und Informationen treffen können.

In einem neuen Leitfaden hat RSA unter dem Titel “Infrastructure Security: Getting to the Bottom of Compliance in the Cloud“ (www.rsa.com/innovation) die Vorteile der neuen Lösung zusammengefasst. Der Leitfaden bietet IT-Verantwortlichen zudem Informationen, wie sie die Sicherheit und Tranparenz ihrer Cloud-Infrastrukturen erhöhen und so zahlreiche Compliance-Anforderungen besser erfüllen können.
